Each package includes access to all of the venue’s amenities, with no hidden fees or surprise charges—just clear, upfront pricing. Our packages are thoughtfully tiered, with each one building on the last to offer different levels of service, so you can choose the option that best fits your vision, needs, and budget.

what's included

All of our bookings are exclusive. Your wedding is the only event we will host that day. Our farm is yours to enjoy with you family and friends.
Tables & chairs for up to 300 guests.
What's ours is yours. Use any of the large decorations we have on hand to help make your day memorable! Includes large spools, bistro tables, rugs, mirrors, chandelier frame, backdrops, and more!
Our team will set up and break down all venue furniture and décor for each of your events.
Enjoy the evening. The venue has no time or noise restrictions.

Signature Package

classic package

Exclusive access to the venue for the entire weekend. Friday at 10:00am through Sunday at 6:00pm
Lodging in all three of the on-site homes for two nights (accommodates 26)
Tables and chairs for up to 300
Use of the venue's large decorations
Our team sets up & breaks down all venue furniture and decorations
Venue attendant(s) to facilitate your events

Grand Package

Exclusive access to the venue for the entire weekend. Friday at 10:00am through Sunday at 6:00pm
Lodging in all three of the on-site homes for two nights (accommodates 26)
Bar service for cocktail hour and reception. Includes beer, wine, and up to two signature drinks for cocktail hour. Beer and wine for reception. All barware is included.
Day of coordinator to carry out your rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

A hassle-free way to wrap up your weekend at Nubbintown. Our team handles all post-event clean up at the venue including decoration removal and trash disposal. It's a simple way to make sure you and your guests can focus on enjoying the day- while we take care of the rest.
